Yr 7 Step up

 Talofa lava and welcome back to my blog. Last week well the Yr 8's went to camp on Wednesday, the yr 7s had a really fun programme happening at school. On Wednesday we went on a volley tournament. On Thursday we had a fun time. We got into our groups and voted who our leaders should be. Our leaders were Oalii and Simon. We then went on with our rotations.

Our group names were, Duck Life, Thunder and Strikers. We had to try and get a lot of point to earn the sweets on Friday.

Our second rotations was Mrs Ilaoa. We sat down and got into 5 even groups, our first game was the cookie game. We had to try and get it into our mouth. Some of us got it but some of us didn't. We also got points for whoever got the cookie in. We then moved onto our next game. Now we had to move into 4 even groups. Our game was to stack the cups into a pyramid and stack it back down. It was a tough game and we did round two and the team beside us won the chocolate. Then we had to draw our dream jobs. It was really fun. When I was drawing my dream Job I found out that it was also my Friends dream job. Our dream jobs was to work at the Vet.

We then went to Mrs Moalas rotation. We first sat down and Mrs Moala explained what we were going to be doing. First we played a game, it was a clue game. It was about a man who got died but no one knew who it was. If we got it right then we had to earn 100 points .In the game the butler said that he didn't know who killed him so we had to stay in. It was a lot of clues and no one could get it. Some clues said that he had heart problems. Some said that his daughter hated him because he never let her do what she wanted. Some also said that someone came to the party and bring the snake. Ozzy got it the answer. The answer was that the man got a heart attack when he saw the snake. We then moved onto the other game. We had this paper and we had to try and figure out the meaning of it and if we got it right we would earn 20 points for it. We got the point and we then earn 900 points. We then moved into another game but we didn't get it. Then we had morning tea.
After morning tea we had our normal rotations. We had dancing,sports and DLO. After lunch we then had sports and we played, soccer,netball and hockey.
On Friday we had a great time we played the stacking cup game in our groups, we also played the singing game where you have to figure out a song that says love in it. Then we had morning tea and then after morning tea we watched a movie and well watching a movie the teacher packed out the share lunch for us. After 30 mins we got to eat.

What my favourite thing of all was playing the games and seeing everyone smile and enjoy everything. Thank you to the teachers for doing these activity for us. We all had a great time and we all had a little laugh and we just really loved it. THANK YOU TEACHERS.
