Confidence in Coordinates

 

Today for our maths task we had more work about Coordinates. We had to find where the places coordinates were and on the second slide we had to do Coordinates of translation like the x axis and the y axis. This week we had Te Reo Maori. We learned all about different words in Maori. We had to come up with our own sentences to fill in the blank boxes and search up things like tables, chairs, fences, and other things in Maori. Then at the end, we had to create our own create task!.

Algebra

 

Today I had finish one of my maths work. This work is all about BED MAS which stands for B=Brackets E=Exponents D=Divide M=Multiplication A=Addition S=Subtraction. We had to figure out the answers for these question. It was hard but also sort of easy. 

DMIC Algebra

 

Since we are in lock down, me and my friends haven't gotten the chance to finish our Algebra work, but since we had our google meet at 10:30  we have finally gotten to finish it. My group's strategy was to keep adding different numbers together that added up to the yellow number. This problem work only took us about 4-5 minutes. Level 2 is not scary!

                                  

Talofa lava and welcome back to my blog. In term 2 we did a task about LEVEL 2 at school is not scary. If you guy's didn't hear on Monday 31st we are going to be going back into level 2. Which means school's in Auckland reopen back again, so bring your kids to school. Back at school in level 2 isn't scary. When we first experienced back in school level 2, it was so fun,calm and we also did sanitising and distance. We also separated our desks from each other. So remember whanau bring your kids to school and you won't need to worry about anything. fa'afetai lava.

Be Kind

Talofa lava and welcome back to my blog. I know everyone is sad because we are in lockdown but at least you get to sleep in just joking. I am here to blog about kindness. Kindness is a big word. Kindness means helping your parents, cleaning the house, saying nice things about other people. That's what I want you to do today and every day. I know there has been a family with COVID but we need to be kind and look after ourselves. Today we had a google meets with our home class. We talked about COVID and about being kind. So can we do it, people? Let's be kind to each other and say something nice and just wait until this COVID is over so everyone can go out and have a good time. So let's spread some kindness and be KIND!.

Talofa lava guys and welcome back to my blog. Here are some photos of our students and teachers that turned up to the google meet today. We had 52 people join so far. We had our mihi and karakia and moved onto our waiata. We had a great time seeing each other on the google meet and we just got some notices from Mrs. Tele'a on what we have to be doing, at 11:30 we are going to be going to our home classes. If you have been visiting our blogs then you would know that we have changed our home classes.


Rules for level 3:
Remember guys its always good to wash your hands, after you used the bathroom or touched anything.

It's also important to only play around your house.

Also to stay away from other people.

Taha Whanau- Games I played in my bubble

Today Kahurangi showed us a video of him and his sister playing a game. He played the kids obstacle thing. It looked so fun because it looked easy. His sister was so excited.

My game that I played with my sister and cousin was pillow fight. We had so much and we really enjoyed it. The rules was no punching, no grouping up, no pushing, and no screaming and no crying or you will have to get out of the room. It was a simple game. It was really fun and we enjoyed it so much and we laughed well doing it. 

Who won? I won because my sister and my cousin wanted to eat. Who lost my ?sister and my cousin Was it a draw ? No. Was it fun? Yes because we messed the beds. Was it competitive? No.

This is my song that I have written about the earth

We love the earth, it is our planet we love the earth we need to help it. It’s been trashed from people who don’t care. So it’s our job to help the earth. Hey I’m a human being, I looked at the earth. It's been dirty and I hate it that way. Hey I'm a dying seal, Lot of my family and friends have been washed onto the beach. I'm a tiger and I won’t be here for long. The earth really needs our help ASAP. But we are all trying our best to help the earth. We love the earth, it is our planet we love the earth we need to help it. It’s been trashed from people who don’t care. So it’s our job to help the earth x2.

This is my song that I made up about the earth. Our earth really needs our help right now. People from around the world don't care and just chuck rubbish all around the ground. We all need to come as a big group and try our best to pick up as many rubbish as we can so we can help our dearest planet. So come on guys we can do this, let's save our earth. If we do this together it will be easier. I know It is tiring because there's a lot of rubbish on the ground but it's best for our planet that is being trashed from people who don't care. If you see a bit of rubbish pick it up even though it's not yours. LET'S SAVE THE EARTH PEOPLE!!!!!.

McDonald's,KFC,Burger King here I come!!!!.

Wait what I can't believe McDonald's, KFC ( Kentucky Fried Chicken ) Burger king is opening next week Tuesday. Waited a long time for my lovers to open up. Can already feel the cheese and the gravy melting in my mouth. It is going to be so yum having it back again. One thing tho it's only going to be open for 2 weeks. Well at least I'm going to have it in my mouth, because I can not live without them. My most thing I like about McDonald's is the Big Mac. It's so yum I just love when the sauce and the cheese melt in my mouth. Also KFC we all know what the best thing of KFC is. It's obviously the chicken. That's like the main thing of KFC and it's so yum I can eat it ever hour. Moving on to Burger King. What I like about there food is the fries. I love there fries so much I always it that first. Put that altogether it can be a whole meal for me. A Big Mac, Chicken and fries. Wait one more thing i'm missing. A DRINK, the flavour that I will pick is Raspberry. OK now that's a meal for me. Well I can only pick one and you know what the is going to be. Well find out next time. McDonald's, KFC or Burger King here I come. Watch out for me because I'm coming straight at you guys, well only one of you guys. But still watch out, because you never know I might come for all of you guys or just one of you guys.
