Hiwi the Kiwi

Hiwi the Kiwi is a amazing show. When I first went inside the hall I heard a song from inside the hall. It was amazing and awesome. I was happy that we went. So we can have lots of fun. It was amazing and we were all dancing and singing. I was happy that people got prizes from Hiwi the Kiwi. Hannah got a prizes and ozzy and question and all those other kids that got a prizes. One of the question that was when you get a fish you have to get a wet towel and get the fish. Another question is when your dad your mum doesn't have a lifejacket you have to say to your mum and dad it is too late for them to got the lifejacket. When you take off the sunscreen you get sunburnt.

Lisa Carrington


Lisa Carrington is a  fantastic woman because she got a gold medal for us and a bronze medal.She is 27 years old and she was born in Tauranga.   Now she is going to carry the New Zealand flag tonight. It is going to be exciting for her.  Her family is going to be  proud of her when they see her. She is going to carry the New Zealand flag in Rio. I am going to watch it at home with my whole family.  She is going to carry it at the  Closing Ceremony. She was doing kayaking and she got up to the finish line first out of all of them.

Sportsmanship


If you full down it's ok because someone might help you. It would be helpful for you to get help from someone. Keep on trying if you full down  it doesn't matter if you full down. Listen to your coach and keep up. If I was you I would  Store run. Be friendly to each other and kind to each other.

The race


In Brazil they were doing a race. There was Jamaica and China and  Australia.  They were all so, so fast that only Jamaica won the race. He was awesome and amazing. He was so, so fast that no one can get up to him. When we were at home we went inside and we watched it. Then we saw that Jamaica was winning and he was  running and running. Then he saw that he was near the finish line. He get so, so hot and sweaty that he got  tired. I think he wanted to go home. That was cool when he was running so,  so fast. He was at the back but he tried so hard with his amazing coach.They work so , so hard so he can win the race. He had  lots  of energy and drank lots of water. He ate healthy food to get more energy.

The race



In the holidays I watched the rowing race .  When I saw it New Zealand was on there. When we watched it we saw mahe Drysdale and he won  the race .  They have to take a photo and they saw it . New Zealand won it and my dad was amazed that New Zealand won it. He got the big gold medal. He was so so fast that no one can beat him at all. I think he had to listen and practice with his amazing coach and he had to eat healthy food. He was strong and powerful that he won it. That was amazing Mahe Drysdale. I hope you won another gold medal. He got up to the finish and he was so so fast.

Olympics flags



I like the black ring because  it  support New Zealand when they are playing. It  was amazing how Mr brut put up the Olympics ring. The rings that was   Designed by  Pierre de coubertin and I liked the black rings because it is amazing and awesome.  This term I am going to be a Champion at high jumping.

Writing week 2


In 776 Bc the Ancient Olympics started. They then lots of fun things and  boxing and chariot racing. The arena was made out of stones and wood.  Some people in the Ancient Olympics were running with a very heavy full armour . It was amazing how they did javelin and discus. In 791 they then banned the Olympics.
