WALT: skip count in threes and solve my 3 times tables by skip counting

Swimming

Swimming 

Down in the water it is warm and shiny. Sliding is fun and we get to swim with our kick boards. Last week we went swimming.  We went deep under the water every day and it was fun. Today we are going to the pool’s and  we are going to play and listen to the instructor. We go into groups and start swimming. We are going to have lots and lots and lots of fun today at swimming. 

Tent city

Today we went with our class to look at the kids at the tent city. It was windy outside and coold. When we went outside we smelled the smoke outside. We saw one enormous tent for the year 5 and 6.

Kayaking camping

When I went camping I camped next to a dark river. In the river there is some rocks in the river.  We went home to get my bright yellow tent then i went in my tent and sleep. In the morning I woke up and went kayaking. I get some fish and cooked it. Then I eat some fish.

Lost

The adventure

One day I was walking in a beautiful forest and it had sparkling green grass. Suddenly there was some shiny birds that were flying around. Late the shiny blue water was  coming down the rocks and it was splashing on the rocks. 

Maths week 7

We are learning to skip count in 2s to 50 and 5s to 100 to help solve multiplication problems.

The creature

 There is a scary snake  living in the stream,. It is a  spooky snake that slivers around in the spooky stream.  The sludgy snake has red eyes. It has stripes  on his  back. 

The spooky forest

In the forest there are spooky big wet footprints.  The people are invisible and a blue mysterious shadow shine on the trees. There are freaky invisible ghosts in the spooky forest. There are bending branches with a green enormous monster. 

Maths week 6

The stream

In the stream there are light roses and dark trees. The stream is going to the rocks and the stream is splashing the sparkling rocks. 

The forest

The forest was full of big shiny rocks. It had a bird singing around in the forest in the forest and sun was trying to go on the mossy grass .Theforest had dark black trees and sparkling blue rocks and there was a brown dirt path.

Looking for a friend for Riley

Riley was looking for a friend to play with but she was looking everywhere for a friend. She looked down the bout and then she saw a friend named Rose. Riley was so happy because she found a friend called rose 

Finding a shell

Riley was going for a long walk down the rock pools to go and find a great house to live in. Riley saw a sparkling shell and she went in her sparkling shell. She loved it so she lived in her sparkling shell. 

Rock pool

This is my  rock pool and I have a starfish and it is lying on my rock pool and the crab went into his shell and the starfish is playing with the seaweed
